About Me​

Hi, I Am Nikki The PT!​

I’m a former pro-dancer and model-turned professional dance instructor, personal trainer and nutrition coach.
I have always loved to move and work out at my own pace, but like most of us, got bored with the same routine exercises each day. (You can only run so many miles before the inevitable fatigue kicks in!)
Armed with extensive training in various dance forms, including performance ballet, en pointe, jazz, hip-hop, tap, modern dance, acrobatics, Polynesian dance, Hawaiian dance, Latin-inspired dance, and Barre, I’ve decided to spice things up a bit and add a big punch of fun to each workout.
Now you can join me in one (or more) of my On-Demand or Live Streaming classes, delivered twice a week, to learn some exhilarating new dance moves that will keep your heart healthy and your body sexy! I believe that working out can and should be FUN so let’s get together twice a week to get our bodies toned and healthy while having a blast doing it!
